During my Christmas stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the location of the hotel with access to river activities nearby. the staff were very helpful and made my stay comfortable. the view from my balcony was stunning and provided a great perspective of the valley.

Although the price was affordable, the decor and furniture in the rooms were outdated and could use some updating. the price may be reflective of this.

Hotel Neelgiri - Manali Diaries, located near the old Manali bridge, offers a cool café and thrilling zip lining on the nearby river. The friendly staff provides excellent service, guiding guests to local sightseeing spots. The café serves delicious and affordable food, and the hotel's proximity to other cool places like Cafe Live makes for easy exploration. Mehar and Ranjan, the hotel owners, are always available to assist guests. Highly recommended and would return during my next travels.

Couldn't find any faults at all.
